Heartcounts Genius Course is meant for Post Graduates (>21 Years) looking to start their corporate journey over the next 6-12 months. Its designed to provide you with a strong foundation in business concepts and techniques and designed to prepare you for first time managerial roles.
The Foundation Track is a 200-hour program that covers five modules. Each module is complemented by a 2-hour Master Class session conducted by an industry expert. The Master Class sessions are a unique feature of the Heartcounts Pro course, and they offer several benefits to the candidates like:
Elevation Track is a 100-hour module designed to prepare candidates to become first time managers and take up larger individual/team responsibilities in a corporate environment.
In the Specialization Track, candidates can choose any one specialization from Tech/SAAS Sales, Retails & FMCG Sales, Sales in Startups, Financial Services Sales, Real Estate Sales, Hospitality & Travel Sales, Healthcare & Pharma Sales and D2C Sales. Each specialization consists of 20 hours of focused training on the specific topics related to that field.
Upon successful completion of Foundation, Elevation and Specialization tracks, candidates are qualified to proceed to the Career Track. To qualify, a combined minimum score of 75% is required. Additionally, candidates must successfully complete a category internship project (CIP Certification).
The Career Track is an Accelerator Program that prepares candidates for real-world business roles. It includes the development of a fully optimized LinkedIn profile, ATS-compliant resume, mock interviews, and a personal video elevator pitch under the guidance of a career coach. Additionally, candidates are also required to create a category video elevator pitch to showcase their skills and knowledge in their chosen specialization .

To qualify for the Career Track at Heartcounts, students must fulfill specific requirements. They are given a maximum of two attempts to meet these qualifications. Firstly, they need to maintain a minimum attendance of 80% throughout their Heartcounts journey. Secondly, they must achieve a composite score of more than 75% in the final assessments of both the Foundation Track and Specialization Track.
Additionally, successful completion of the Category Internship Project is necessary. With a maximum of two attempts, students have the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment and dedication to reach the Career Track.
