1. Registration Fee: Candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 10,000 upon initial enrolment. This fee will secure their spot in the program. 

2. Comprehensive Assessment: After registration, candidates will undergo a comprehensive assessment to determine their eligibility for scholarships or financial assistance. The assessment will evaluate their skills, knowledge, and potential for success in the program.

3. Scholarship Confirmation: Based on the assessment results, eligible candidates will be informed about their scholarship status. If awarded a scholarship, the applicable amount will be deducted from the total program fee.

4. Non-Scholarship Enrolment: Candidates who do not qualify for a scholarship will be required to pay the full program fee to enrol in the program. The fee must be paid within the designated timeframe to confirm their participation.

5. Full Fee Payment: Candidates must pay the remaining enrolment fee, net of the registration fee and scholarship amount (if applicable), within 15 days of paying the registration fee. Enrolment into the program will only be granted upon receipt of the full enrolment fee.

6. Course Withdrawal (Within 7 Days of Enrolment): If a student chooses to withdraw from the course within 7 days of enrolment but before completing 25% of the course duration, they will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the course fee excluding registration fee.

7. No Refunds After 25% Course Completion: Once a student has completed more than 25% of the course duration, no refunds will be granted for any reason, regardless of withdrawal.

8. Failed Placement (Pay after Placement Program): If a student does not secure a job placement through our Pay after Placement program, they are eligible for a full refund of the admission fee. This refund will be processed after verifying the unsuccessful placement attempt.

9. Refund Processing: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Heartcounts Skilltech support team. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the approval of the refund request.

10. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, students must meet the specific criteria outlined above. Refund requests received after the designated period or for reasons other than those specified will not be considered for a refund.

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the enrolment is confirmed, the program fee is also non-refundable, except in cases where Heartcounts Skilltech initiates a cancellation or postponement. Heartcounts Skilltech reserves the right to modify the enrolment and scholarship policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to candidates via email or the Heartcounts Skilltech website.
